Packing a top dog, numbers matching 428 Cobra Jet engine and a tough Toploader 4-speed transmission, this stunning 1969 Mustang Mach 1 is the perfect big block pony car for anyone who enjoys taking their vintage muscle to the streets and doesn’t want to pay blue chip prices for a numbers matching car! Arriving at its Maryland dealership 12 days behind schedule, this super rare 1969 Mustang Mach 1 was purchased by James Arthur Price who would use it to prowl the Baltimore streets for years to come. Under the blacked-out hood a 428 cubic inch Cobra Jet Ram Air engine, which wears a correct November (K) 25th (25) of 1968 (8) casting date, has been completely rebuilt to its correct factory specifications. At the top of the engine, a correct Holley 4-barrel carburetor sits under a correct ram air induction system which draws fresh air from the cars silver detailed shaker scoop. Below that carburetor, silver finned valve covers sit at the sides of a correct Ford coil which sends spark through a correct points distributor to Autolite Professional Series premium plug wires.
